Download the I317UCUBMK6-TZ-PARAM.zip file.

Unzip it and ODIN the I317UCUBMK6-TZ-PARAM.tar.md5 file.

It will reboot from ODIN.

1. Cross your fingers
2. Stand on one foot
3. Spin around
4. Check Wifi.

Steps 1-3 are not mandatory.

but Norton Anti virus keep delete the file

So has to reboot to SSD
and do
