try to install but failed at .NET

so download at 

 http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/confirmation.aspx?id=6523

so install onto SSD

then successully installed

Actually i should have Samsung USB driver installed ...

ha singapore is not in the list

My SSD Windows 8.1

somewhat i change the display language to Chinese

Not sure yet if i can see 乱码 

when Chinese software run or not

but now i seem to see more such Chinese Character during installation

Please ignore stupid USB driver created by Samsung above

If you need latest drivers u can ask from me

just need to disconnect Samsung and install

so i download the first option of language pack

Also the input method for Windows can not install Google Pinyin

so there is no fussy input eg shidian and sidian is different

Already i see many Chinese Character
