7. after opening odin you'll see the device has been connected.

8.now click on OPS and locate cooper.ops

9. after that click on one package and locate the .md5 file.

10. check that 'protect ops' and 'auto reboot' are checked.

11. now click on start button and wait untill rebooting.

There are three modes router, 3G , AP

2. set up the wifi option under 无线设置
put a wifi password
Check the wifi server working ok or not

3. set to 3G mode and remove the UTP and connect via wifi

4. Set up the 3G

For all Singapore telco , turn of China telco and maually set

I. Dial codes
there are three options
a. *99***1#
b. *99#
c. *777#

The first one a. is to one work with M1 unlimited dial up prepaid dial up plan
as given by staff at M1 paradgon shopping center

The second is the code given by hot line

II. APN is sunsurf

III. userid is 65

IV. password user123 but we used 65 again

So all in all, the setting work is

No you don't Vicky!!!!

You have AllWinner A10 chip which is Cortex A8. It is single core & normally comes @ 1GHz though few tablets have 1.2GHz speed. It has somewhat better GPU than my tablet otherwise *all* of the CPU benches are very close to what I get. GPU benches will give different results.

Run Sunspider and you will see somewhere between 3500-5000ms (normal for A8) though with very bad firmware, 7000-10000ms. A dual core Cortex A9 tablet will get about 1700-2200ms. Sunspider is very CPU intense bench.

Trust me. I have known about the AllWinner A10 chip before it was released. A10 = chip name. Just like Rockchip RK2918. RK2918 = chip name. Nvidia Tegra2. Tegra2 = chip name., etc.

AllWinner named it A10 to confuse people into thinking they have Cortex A10 when they are just buying a Cortex A8.

PS, ARM does not have any Cortex A10 chips. From A8 it goes to A9 and then A15.

update to THL官方最新0816线刷包ROM

Last night with help of YS and his netbook (with all MTK USB drivers loaded)

I update W1 to the latest official THL ROM

and again with his help I rooted the hp

Then we bluetooth the AnTuTu.apk over and run

and surprising THL W1 got score of 3649

It is a basic ROM with mininum applications

update to Taiwan W1 ROM with google

1. 下载附件V9_4.0_ROOT.zip，(不要解压)并复制到手机的内部存储卡sdcard,注意不是sdcard2(根目录通俗讲就是进入内存卡后不进入任何一个文件夹,也就是说不要把文件放在文件夹里了)

2.复制好后在手机上进入  设置--->关于手机--->T卡升级  点确定进入RECOVERY模式;

3.出现感叹号后按音量上键进去recovery 菜单;

4.按 音量下键 选择第二项'apply update from sdcard'，按电源键进去（千万不要选那两个wipe的）

5.选择刚才复制到卡上的V9_4.0_ROOT.zip，按电源键开始

6.root成功后最后一行显示"Install from sdcard coplete",按开机键重启手机

基于官方0704线刷包制作，修改如下：

1、放回谷歌套件（地图、导航、谷歌纵横、快速搜索、语音搜索）

2、删除过多的铃声文件

3、删除仓吉、百度等输入法，只留系统自带拼音。

4、删除云应用

5、内外卡互换处理

6、电量1%显示 横放图

7、已ROOT（ROOT权限、加RE管理器、软启动）

无其它增删了。

卡刷步骤：

1、下载本包到你的电脑并解压

2、把里面的【THL_W1_TF_update0612_all.zip】拷贝到你W1手机的内置卡根目录

3、拔掉USB数据线（务必）

4、进入手机的【系统设置】找到【关于手机】点进去，点第一项【T卡升级】，点【确定】(关机状态长安组合键：【音量+】+【开机键盘】)

5、看到躺着的绿色安卓机器人后，按【音量+】键进入菜单，按【音量-】选中【apply update from sdcard】后按【开机键】进行确定

6、按【音量-】选中【THL_W1_TF_update0612_all.zip】后按【开机键】进行确定，开始刷机。

7、进度完成后显示“Installation complete”字样并返回菜单，选中【reboot system now】后按【开机键】进行确重启手机

8、进入手机

9、（可选但推荐）双WIPE，

参考第4第5步的操作，但选中的是【wipe data/factory reset】，按【开机键】进行确定。

完成返回菜单再选【wipe cache partition】按【开机键】进行确定。

完成返回菜单选中【reboot system now】后按【开机键】进行确重启手机

注意：

卡刷前后最好进入recovery进行“双wipe”，

以免手机保留了你卡刷前的旧用户数据，尤其是卡刷前使用的是非官方原版ROM的用户，避免不必要的错误。

这点适用于完全版和精简版的卡刷。
