again this week I only swimming on Friday
(Wednesday was too lazy to make use of comfort taxi driver free swimming session!)

I was driving pax there two times this morning
but i saw in Marcus fb (My friend Marcus is one year senior)
and what a great difference in life
Ha nvm my own responsibility to keep myself fit
I write this out as after ten years later if I see this again
What will I remind myself ?
(ha that I should buy a Garmin watch... ha ha !?)
