A. It depend very much on individual app

when search using HDB block

1. Google

2. Waze

3. streetdirectory

For commerce reason, most place if there is a business place

that it will show properly on all map app

B. Since HDB block (or blk) is unique to Singapore

Also in address the first number can be the land plot number before 

the place is developing into a building

So this problem can be confusing 

it can be case by case basics

At this moment I find that Waze give me more option

to keep improving Singapore maps community

Hope more and more people will join in to improve it

I suggest the following: Personally, I entered "Blk & Town" in Waze and searched using Google. Direct Waze results of blocks isn't useful..
